CRM with a kanban board: your leads, in columns by status

On the Kubo CRM board, each column is a status and each card is a lead. Dragging it to another column changes its status, and the whole team sees it instantly.

Try it: change a status or drag a card. · Sample data. Nothing you change is saved.

What each column shows

At the top, the status in its phase’s color and how many leads it has. If its cards have a value, also their total: at a glance you know how much is in proposal. The total only shows when the column displays all its cards, up to 50; with more, it would only cover part of them, so it isn’t shown.

Won and lost work like any other column: you drop the card there to close the lead, and an empty closing column says so.

What each card shows

  • The name and the company.
  • Up to three tags.
  • Who owns it, or “Unassigned” if nobody does.
  • Which source it came from.
  • Its value or, if it has none, how long it’s been since anyone touched it.
  • Click it and its record opens alongside, without losing sight of the board.

Dragging is saving

When you drop a card, the change is saved right then. If it can’t be —because someone else on the team has just deleted that lead, for example— the card goes back to where it was and tells you why. It never stays in a column where it isn’t saved.

And every move goes into the lead’s history: who moved it and when.

Your board, your way

  • The columns are your statuses: you name them and order them in the settings.
  • Hide the columns you don’t use. It’s saved to your account, not your browser, and doesn’t change anyone else’s board.
  • Hidden columns don’t vanish without a trace: the “Columns” button shows how many you see —“6 of 8”— and lets you tick back the ones you want in one click.
  • “New”, at the bottom of the working columns, creates the lead already in that status. Won and lost don’t have it: a lead is created to be worked.

Board or table: the same leads

The board shows the pipeline; the table, the detail: sort, filter, edit inline and change ten at a time. They’re two views of the same data.

When a column has more cards than fit, it says so —“And 12 more”— and takes you to the table filtered by that status. A board that cuts off without warning is misleading.

On mobile

The board slides sideways, one column at a time, and the page stays still.

Frequently asked questions

Can I change the columns?

Yes: the columns are your statuses, and you create, name and order them. Each one belongs to a phase —open, assigned, won or lost—, which is what gives it its color.

Who can move cards?

Anyone allowed to edit leads. Without that permission, the board is visible but the cards can’t be dragged.

Is the board on the Free plan?

Yes, on every plan. See what each one includes on the pricing page.
