Integrations: everything that comes in, turned into a lead
Kubo CRM is, above all, an integrations tool. Whatever arrives through a form, a tool or your ads ends up as a lead with its message and its source, no copying and pasting.

Combine the sender, the subject or a form field to give each lead its source, status, owner and tags, or to leave out what isn’t a lead.
How to connect any channel today
From your website
Design the form in Kubo CRM, under Integrations, and paste the two lines it gives you into your page: every submission is a lead, with no plugins and no coding. If you already have a form of your own, it can send each submission to the universal webhook address from the server.
From WordPress
With the Kubo CRM plugin: download it from Integrations › WordPress, install it and paste its connection key into Settings › Kubo CRM. From then on, every Contact Form 7, Elementor, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Fluent Forms or Ninja Forms submission comes in as a lead; if Kubo CRM doesn’t answer, the plugin keeps it and tries again.
From your email
Forward the emails from Gmail, Outlook or any inbox to the Kubo CRM address you get under Integrations › Incoming email: each one is a lead, and rules by sender, subject or text give it its source.
From Typeform, Google Ads, Calendly…
Create its connection under Integrations and follow the steps Kubo CRM gives you: it’s usually just pasting an address into the service, and Kubo CRM understands how each one sends its data.
From Zapier or Make
For anything that doesn’t have its own connection yet, like Meta ads: Zapier or Make pick it up and send it to the webhook. The step-by-step guide is inside Kubo CRM.
What Kubo CRM does with each submission
- It recognizes the usual fields —name, email, phone, company, message— in English, Spanish, Portuguese and French, plus the names form plugins use.
- It keeps everything else as is in the lead’s record: no field is thrown away.
- If that email already has an open lead, the submission is added to its record instead of creating a new one.
- It tags it with the integration’s source, so you know where it came from without looking.
- If you have rules, it applies them: they set the source, status, owner or tags, or leave out what isn’t a lead.
- It keeps the visit’s UTM parameters separately.

Frequently asked questions
Can I connect a form that isn’t on the list?
Yes, if it can send its fields as they are, not nested, to an address (a webhook), with an email or a phone number; or if it’s on Zapier or Make. All of that comes in through the universal webhook.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. The WordPress plugin, the Kubo CRM form for your website, the Typeform, Google Ads, Calendly and other connections, incoming email, and Zapier or Make are set up by pasting an address, a key or a snippet Kubo CRM gives you, with its step-by-step guide. Only if you’d rather send the submissions yourself from your website’s server does someone need to program it.
What happens if the same person writes twice?
If they write again with the same email, the second submission is added to their record: no second lead is created while the first one is still open, that is, neither won nor lost. It’s matched by email; if it comes with only a phone number, or with a different email, it comes in as a new lead.
Is each type of integration billed separately?
No: each integration that brings in leads counts as one within your plan’s number, whatever its kind. Team alerts (Slack, Teams or Telegram) and sending leads on to Zapier, Make or n8n don’t count. See the pricing.
